Executive Assessment (Individual)
An objective one to one assessment of an individual in relation to a specific role and culture. An executive summary highlights key strengths, development needs and commercially oriented information. Coaching of the applicant once in post can be provided to support the development requirements.

Assessment Strategies
Dependent on your needs and the job level, we provide tailored assessment strategies that may include: psychometric profiling, competency based interviews, group exercises, role plays, presentations, analysis exercises and other simulated team activities. Our approach to assessment involves making the experience for candidates and clients practical, realistic and effective.

Emotional Intelligence (EI for Individuals and Teams)
EI has been consistently found to distinguish top performers from others in the same field. We offer EI assessment and development services at both the individual and team level to enhance the EI of your business
(www.eiconsortium.org; www.mhs.com).

Role Profiling
We identify key competencies for successful performance in a particular role. A competency framework is developed along with key behavioural indicators. This then forms the basis for recruitment, selection, training and development.

Person Profiling
We are able to offer a suite of different psychometric instruments for both assessment and development. Enhancing self awareness (the cornerstone of emotional intelligence) enables people to understand themselves and how their preferred style impacts on their performance and relationship with others in the workplace. This intervention is highly beneficial in team & management development, coaching, assessment, and personal development.

Interview Skills Training
Conducting effective interviews requires a structured approach, effective questioning, recording, and rating of candidate responses. This requires the interviewer to have several skills at his/her fingertips and to know what they are looking for. Effective interviewing will enable you to choose the best candidates based on accurate job relevant information.
