Fiona
Pusey Managing Director
Fiona is Managing Director of Real Impact,
and a Chartered Occupational Psychologist. Her talents lie in creating
development opportunities for enhancing individual, team and organisational
performance. She has worked at shop floor, middle management and
director levels using 1:1 coaching, team coaching and leadership
development programmes to effect and embed change. She has considerable
experience in the design and delivery of leadership development
programmes, one of which is now accredited by the Institute of Bankers
in Dublin. She is also qualified to use a range of psychometric
and 360 feedback tools in both assessment and development contexts.
Prior to founding Real Impact, Fiona held Board of Management and
Consultancy roles as Director of Bluestone Talent Management and
Executive Search Consultant for an IT Management Consultancy. Clients
she has worked for include; Coffee Republic, ABN Amro, Allied Irish
Bank Capital Markets, KPMG, Laing Homes, King George V in Hong Kong,
Epsom College, and British Telecom. Fiona has presented on ‘Emotional
Intelligence’ to the Division of Work and Organisational Psychologists
in Dublin and Business Unit Trainers at AIB Capital Markets. She
has also spoken on ‘Work-Life Balance in maintaining Peak
Performance’ to HR Professionals.
Outside the office, Fiona enjoys keeping fit with regular visits
to the gym for swimming, pilates and yoga. She has a love of travel,
eating out and great wines. A dual Australian and UK citizen, Fiona
works internationally and lives in London.

highly qualified Occupational Psychologist, Trisha has considerable
experience as an assessor for selection and development. She is
highly skilled in competency-based interviewing, use of psychometrics,
1:1 coaching, and training. Trisha has worked on large organisational
development initiatives across both public and private sectors.

Sue’s
talents lie in enabling individuals to unlock their potential by

businesses for more than 17 years. She is qualified to interpret

personal style with incisiveness and depth, she uses her strong
facilitation and feedback skills to deliver improved individual
and organisational performance.
Sue has recently co-founded a new approach to personal development
planning - 3Steps2Action. Focused on enabling organisations to achieve
a better return on their training and development investment, 3
Steps 2 Action ensures individuals take action to implement their
development plans.

Senior HR consultant, Margaret’s corporate experience includes
in-depth strategic and practical knowledge of organisational modelling,
cultural change, coaching and mentoring, performance management,
job evaluation, compensation and benefits, training and development
and employee relations. She has worked across a number of industry
sectors, including football, not-for-profit, oil, manufacturing
and management consultancy. A Member of the Chartered Institute
of Personnel and Development, Margaret is a qualified Coach and
Mentor.

Alan is an experienced
Leadership Development Consultant with a Business Psychology background.
He has wide-ranging experience of designing and delivering a range
of interventions to facilitate the development of leaders. He is
an expert in psychological assessment techniques, including competencies,
assessment and development centres, 360-degree and psychometrics.
Alan has been formally involved in the development of people for
15 years, including time as a consultant for the premier UK firm
of Business Psychologists, as Head of Training & Development
for a major logistics company and, for the past four years, as an
independent consultant specialising in personal development and
group facilitation.
His relevant qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel
Management and an MSc in Psychological Assessment (Univ. of London).
He is currently in the third and final year of an MSc in Change
Agent Skills & Strategies (Univ. of Surrey). His focus has been
on personal change and he is currently researching the effectiveness
of interventions made by coaches in coaching relationships. He is
a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development
(MCIPD).
